The manufactured and modular home producer says the NYSE listing will become active once the deal with Champion Enterprises Holdings LLC is complete, which is expected to be within the first half of the year.
Skyline Champion Corp., which will be the name of the combined business, will trade on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "SKY." The company will be headquartered in Elkhart and maintain some corporate offices in Michigan. Skyline currently trades on the NYSE American exchange and will continue to do so until the transaction is complete.
