St. Louis, Missouri-based Sansone Group is excited to announce its first acquisition for 2015. On May 14, 2015, Sansone Group purchased the 162,285 square foot Towne South Plaza from Creekstone Towne South Plaza, LLC for $18 million. Sansone Group has managed and leased the Towne South Plaza for Creekstone for the past ten years.
The 162,285 square foot retail shopping center is located on U.S. Highway 41, in Terre Haute, and is anchored by Gander Mountain, Best Buy, PetSmart, Guitar Center and Five Below. Sansone is planning future development to expand the center to 213,000 square feet.
Jim Sansone, Principal, explained, “In an effort to expand our retail-owned portfolio, in addition to this purchase, we currently have $100 million in new acquisitions slated for 3rd and 4th quarter of this year.”
