Community Health Network has promoted Nichole Goddard to chief operating officer for the south region. She joined Community in 2010, as manager of the Imaging Center South and later as director of patient access, overseeing acute care and ambulatory revenue cycle operations. For the past three years Goddard served as director of medical imaging, cardiac testing, environmental services and dietary services before being named interim chief operating officer.

As interim COO, Goddard helped lead the Community Health Network transition of the University of Indianapolis employee and student health clinic, collaborated with leaders on the South Region’s Master Facility Plan, and has been working on the new Community Rehabilitation Hospital South.

Goddard completed her master’s in business administration degree in 2011. She also has a bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology. Goddard is a member of the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators, the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Indiana Healthcare Executive Network.
