The board of directors of the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne has named Brad Little president and chief executive officer. He was selected from a national search after Executive Director David Bennett announced he’s retiring in December, after 22 years of service. Little will assume the role beginning January 8.

He has experience with community leadership and cross-sector collaboration. Little currently serves as president and CEO of the Ottumwa Regional Legacy Foundation, a private foundation in southeast Iowa. He also previously served president of the Legacy Fund, an affiliate of the Central Indiana Community Foundation which serves Hamilton County.

A native Hoosier, Little is a graduate of Ball State University and earned his MBA from Butler University. His career experience includes a variety of nonprofit and for-profit endeavors including private foundations, community foundations and corporate environments.
