Community Fairbanks Behavioral Health has named Cathy Boggs executive director of Community Fairbanks Recovery Center. She previously held the role of executive director of government and affiliate affairs for Community Health Network’s Behavioral Health Services. Boggs holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University.
