Community Fairbanks Behavioral Health and the Fairbanks Board of Directors have named Cathy Boggs the new executive director of Community Fairbanks Recovery Center in Indianapolis. Boggs will take over from interim President and Chief Executive Officer Theresa Anderson.

Boggs most recently was executive director of government and affiliate affairs for Community Health Network’s Behavioral Health Services. In the role, she provided leadership and management oversight of Behavioral Health product line initiatives with government entities and network partners.

Community Fairbanks says Boggs was instrumental in the development of the Behavioral Health Academy, a talent pipeline in which licensed clinical social workers can become dually licensed as licensed clinical addiction counselors and be trained in treating clients with mental health and substance use disorders.

Prior to joining Community Health Network, Boggs was vice president at Briljent in Indianapolis. Before Briljent, she was the director for the Division of Family Resources and the Division of Mental Health and Addiction.

Boggs will begin in the role August 23.

This is the very country which, by all accounts, is posing the most serious threat to our national security in our lifetime....
