Commonwealth Engineers Inc. has promoted Andrew Robarge to office manager of its new regional branch in Crown Point. He is a project manager with more than 10 years of consulting experience. Robarge has spent his entire professional career with Commonwealth, where he has gained experience in planning, hydraulic modeling, design, bidding and construction engineering for water and wastewater collection, distribution, storage, and treatment projects throughout the State of Indiana. He is a graduate of Tri-State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and an Environmental Engineering Minor.
