Commonwealth Engineers has promoted Rob Bellucci, Rachel Runge, Theresa Criss-Hartwig, Dale Glick and Brian Wilson to various positions. Bellucci has been promoted to a member of the board after most recently serving as partner and project manager. Runge has been promoted from project engineer to partner and project manager. Criss-Hartwig has been promoted to a member of the operating committee after serving as business development manager. Glick has been promoted from senior project engineer and manager to the firm’s associates program. Wilson has been named to the associates program after previously serving as a project engineer.
