Commonwealth Engineers has hired Maureen Hayden as business development manager in central Indiana. She most recently served as director of intergovernmental relations for Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch. Hayden also served as Statehouse bureau chief for 13 newspapers located across Indiana, specializing in reporting on how politics and policy making at the Capitol impacted local communities.
