Commonwealth Engineers Inc. has named Theresa Criss-Hartwig business development director. She most recently served as executive director of the Indiana Association of Regional Councils. In her new role, Criss-Hartwig will oversee and execute business development efforts throughout Indiana in conjunction with the firm’s existing regional business development managers.

She holds a B.A. in Government and Business Administration from Western Kentucky University. Criss-Hartwig is also a Certified Grant Administrator.
