Commonwealth Engineers Names Managers, Promotes Partners

Indianapolis-based Commonwealth Engineers has hired Melanie Radcliff-Douglas (pictured) as business development manager. She previously worked as regional director stakeholders and elected officials in southern Indiana. Lauren Varga has been named Northwest Indiana business development manager. She served as the regional director for stakeholders and elected officials in northern Indiana. The company has also promoted three staff members to partner, including Robert Bellucci (pictured), Andrew Robarge and Jeremy Hardy.
