Commercial Works Expands Indy Office

Ohio-based Commercial Works has announced the relocation of its Indianapolis branch to a 120,000 square-foot facility on the city’s southwest side. Financial details of the expansion were not disclosed, however the commercial relocation and furniture dealer says it expects to add up to 25 jobs by 2018.

The new facility more than doubles the warehouse space at the company’s previous location. It also includes an administrative office and a commercial office furniture showroom. Commercial Works says the new location provides more efficiency with its proximity to several major highways and the Indianapolis International Airport.

The company’s revenue has increased 385 percent over the last four years and the new facility aims to accommodate that growth. "The hard work and dedication of the Indianapolis team is the direct result of our continued growth and expansion in servicing our clientele," said Vice President Brad Willy.

Commercial Works currently employs more than 50 full-time workers in Indy. The company also has locations in Ohio, North Carolina, Kentucky and Florida.
