Comlux to Celebrate Hangar Expansion

The expanded facility can house narrow-body and wide-body aircraft simultaneously.

Indianapolis-based Comlux America will celebrate Wednesday the completion of its VIP wide body hangar expansion near Indianapolis International Airport. The 157,000 square-foot hangar can now house one wide body and four narrow body aircraft simultaneously. 

Comlux America, a subsidiary of Switzerland-based Comlux The Aviation Group, says the facility also received an expansion of its office space. The expansion is expected to support the doubling of its staff over the next 24 months. 

Indiana Secretary of Commerce Victor Smith and Indianapolis Airport Authority Executive Director Mario Rodriguez will join Comlux officials and clients for the celebration which, weather permitting, will include a parachute air show over Indianapolis International Airport.
