Columbus Redevelopment Commission Issues RFQ for Hotel

Subscribe NowHunden Strategic Partners and the Columbus Indiana Redevelopment Commission is issuing a Request for Qualifications from developers for a conference center hotel on one of two sites in downtown Columbus. The RFQ also seeks out developers with experience in urban grocery and apartment projects.
In addition, there is an opportunity for an urban grocery, as well as residential apartment plan on the site in the same or a future phase. .
The primary elements of the project include a branded conference hotel that can have up to 140 guest rooms, a 9,000 square foot divisible ballroom and several breakout meeting rooms.
