Columbus, Kendallville Airports Land Funding

Subscribe NowTwo municipal airports in the state have been awarded Federal Aviation Administration improvement grants. Facilities in Columbus and Kendallville will share a total of more than $2.5 million for runway projects. Columbus Municipal Airport has secured the majority of the funds allotted to Indiana during the recent round. The $2.1 million will support runway rehabilitation work.
The remainder, more than $450,000 will pay for upgraded lighting at Kendallville Municipal.
