Two members of the Indianapolis Colts’ front office have joined NFL committees. The team says Vice Chair and Owner Carlie Irsay-Gordon has been added to the league’s Digital Media Committee, while Vice Chair and Owner Kalen Jackson will serve on the Employee Benefits Committee.
The Digital Media Committee is responsible for establishing strategies and policies for digital initiatives throughout the league, according to the Colts. Irsay-Gordon is the only active female member of the committee, which oversees digital properties including NFL.com, NFL Mobile and NFL Fantasy Football.
Jackson becomes the youngest active member of the Employee Benefits Committee. The committee is responsible for administering benefit plans.
Irsay-Gordon and Jackson join Colts Chief Executive Officer Jim Irsay and General Manager Ryan Grigson as representatives of the team on various committees. Irsay chairs the Legislative Committee and is a member of the Finance Committee and the Super Bowl & Major Events Advisory Committee. Grigson is a member of the General Managers Advisory Committee and the Subcommittee on College Relations.
