Indianapolis-based Collective Alternative has hired Brett Schubert as director of business development. He previously served as vice president of sales for Window Makeover. His experience also includes running and owning his own company, Fidelity Builders Inc., where he served as president for 22 years, specializing in all business operations. Schubert will serve as lead salesperson to support the growth of the firm, while also growing existing relationships.
