Carmel-based CNO Financial Group has promoted Tricia Borcherding to vice president of human resources shared services. She has served the company for 18 years and most recently served as vice president, enterprise risk management and vice president, internal audit. Also, Carolyn O’Donnell has been promoted to vice president of organizational development. She previously served as director of human resources program management.
