Carmel-based CNO Financial Group has promoted Doug Williams (pictured) to vice president of finance and administration for Bankers Life. Patti Kolodziejczyk (pictured) has also been hired as vice president of application delivery. Williams has been with the company since 2008 and most recently served as vice president of finance and administration for Washington National. Kolodziejczyk previously held the position of senior director, quality assurance and development operations with Travelers Business Insurance.
