CNO Financial Group Inc. has promoted Andy Hite to vice president, customer service. In his new role, he is responsible for teams that support the Agent and Policyholder Contact Centers, Premium Management, Policyholder Services and Process Support.

Hite joined CNO Financial in 2009 and has served in multiple roles, including director of policy services, director of customer call center, and most recently was director of customer service operations control and implementation. Prior to joining CNO, he held various operational management positions at Citi and Sears Holdings. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
