CMS Named in Major Military Contract

CMS has done similar work in the past

The U.S. Department of Defense has awarded a $950 million contract to 15 companies throughout the country, including one from Bargersville. Custom Mechanical Systems Corp. will share in the contract, which calls for the design and construction of facilities and infrastructure for the U.S. Air Force.

CMS and the other recipients will also be involved in the repair, renovation or restoration of existing facilities and infrastructure. Work for the contract is expected to be complete by February 2022.

The contract includes other companies in five states, including Texas, Pennsylvania, Virginia, California and Massachusetts. The 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron at Joint Base Lackland in San Antonio, Texas is the contracting activity.
