CloudOne Adds to Executive Team

Fishers-based tech company CloudOne has named Mike Reffeitt chief business officer. Reffeitt previously served as chief financial officer for Indianapolis-based BioStorage Technologies Inc.

In the newly-created position with CloudOne, Reffeitt will be responsible for overseeing financial, administrative and business leadership of the company. He will report to chief executive officer John McDonald.

"We are pleased to announce Mike’s appointment to the CloudOne executive team," said McDonald. "His previous experience coupled with extensive financial expertise and ability to lead high capacity teams will be instrumental in making it easier, faster and more economical for CloudOne to continue to provide innovative IoT solutions to our customers."

Reffeitt was one of the founding employees of BioStorage Technologies. He also serves on the boards for the Global Orphan Foundation and co-founded the Macy’s Hope Foundation.

The appointment caps off a big year for CloudOne, which also added a chief information security officer, secured a $9 million round of funding, was one of three Indiana tech companies named to Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 list and was named the 2016 Business of the Year by OneZone.
