Cleveland-based SCA Sweeping Corp. of America has acquired Indianapolis-based Envirosweep LLC. Envirosweep owners Rob and Jeremy Pitman are expected to continue with the business and say combining forces with SCA brings greater resources to its employees and customers while continuing the company’s growth trajectory.

The self-performing power sweeping company says adding Envirosweep to its portfolio will broaden its service in the Hoosier state. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

SCA Sweeping Corp. of America President Christopher Valerian said, “Envirosweep is the largest and fastest-growing sweeping company in Indiana. This contiguous location will allow SCA to better service our customers while continuing Envirosweep’s tradition of excellence.”
