ClearScholar Adds Ed Tech Exec to Board

ClearScholar has added education technology executive Phillip Miller to its board of directors. He currently serves as vice president of teaching and learning at Blackboard. 

Miller also serves on the board of directors of the IMS Global Learning Consortium.
