The company is marketing the Hammond River Park development as an alternative to locations in nearby Chicago. It is in Ox Bow Landing, which also includes a BW3 restaurant and a planned brewery. Our partners at the Times of Northwest Indiana report the River Park Apartments used to be located on the property and were demolished in 2006.
