Clarke Group Part of Investment Collaboration

The chief executive officer of Fishers-based Clarke Group says a new investment partnership will help the company continue its recent pace of growth. John Duffin says the manufacturing and packaging services provider added two dozen employees this year.
Duffin tells Inside INdiana Business "engineering expertise is in high demand for the Clarke Group." He says the agreement with Red Oak Growth Partners, Harbert Mezzanine Partners and Tenth Street Capital will allow "current and future access to significant capital and strategic resources."
CES is comprised of Clarke Engineering Services and Acquire Automation.
As part of the deal, Duffin will join the Clark Group board of directors, along with Red Oak founders and Managing Directors Richard Erickson and Conor Mullet, Tenth Street Partner Bill Nutter and Principal Andy Tatman and Harbert Mezzanine Executive Director Robert Bourquin.
Erickson says "we felt Clarke’s value proposition for its pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer products manufacturing clients focused around automation efficiency, recall prevention, FDA validation and quality improvement was extremely compelling."
