The winner of a competition to re-design the City-County Building Plaza in Indianapolis will be revealed this morning by Mayor Greg Ballard. The city says the concept will create a “signature” public green space that will complement several major redevelopment projects in the former Market Square Arena area. October 22, 2014

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Mayor Greg Ballard and community leaders will unveil the first, second and third place winners of the design competition to re-design the City-County Building Plaza. The winning design will create a signature public green space in the new Market East district.
