The Capital Improvement Board in Indianapolis has released its first revenue and tax report for Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Fieldhouse Management LLC, which runs the venue, reports more than $7.7 million in sales, food and beverage and admission taxes were collected between July 2013 and July 2014. In the first six months of the year, the fieldhouse collected nearly $3.5 million in revenue and spent $6.2 million on expenses.

The information is required to be released quarterly as part of a 10-year lease agreement between the CIB and the Indiana Pacers.

It includes $160 million for maintenance and improvements.
