The city of Kendallville has named Jeremy McKinley (pictured) fire chief.  He replaces Mike Riehm, who is retiring after 43 years of service to the department.

McKinley has served as an emergency medic for Parkview Emergency Medical Services for the past 19 years.  He has also served as a volunteer firefighter in Kendallville since he was 18 years old.
