Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett has announced David Fredricks has been named director of the Office of Minority and Women Business Development. He most reccently held the role of prorgram manager for supplier diversity for the Indianapolis International Airport. Fredricks holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
