Christian Theological Seminary Adds Development Officer

Christian Theological Seminary has appointed Rev. Nathan Day Wilson development officer. He served the last nine years as senior minister of First Christian Church in Shelbyville. Wilson also previously served as an associate fellow at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy in Geneva, Switzerland while earning a degree in international security at the University of Geneva. Before his time in Switzerland, he was director of public policy and interim director of communications for Sojourners, based in Washington DC, and often served as the public voice for Sojourners when Jim Wallis was unavailable. Immediately following his graduation from Lexington Theological Seminary, Wilson served four years as executive director of the West Virginia Council of Churches. Wilson is the youngest ever executive director of a state council of churches in the nation’s history. In addition to his work at CTS, he coordinates the Faith & Values section of The Indianapolis Star, writes a weekly newspaper column and leads a limited amount of physical training workshops and private sessions. He is working on his first novel.
