Christel House International has added Matthew Murphy and Rebecca Rich to its board of directors. He is president of Emboss Partners, LLC. Murphy serves on the boards of the Indiana Health Facility Financing Authority, Indiana State Teachers Retirement Fund and InvestED. She is chief of staff to the chief executive officer of Teach For All. Rich holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree from Georgetown University’s Public Policy Institute and a master’s degree from Fordham University’s School of Education.
