CHIP Names Manager

The Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention has named Stephanie Friend homeless management information system manager. She previously worked on HMIS in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina where she served as a management analyst. Friend received her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
