The South Bend Regional Chamber has launched a website designed to streamline information related to the South Shore Double Tracking project. The "90×2020" site provides updates on the $290 million effort, which aims to reduce travel time from South Bend to Chicago to 90 minutes by 2020.

The website has details on how the project will be funded along with a timeline for completion. It also includes the latest details on the project’s progress and provides the ability to contact the chamber with questions related to the effort.

The double tracking project would add a second full track on the existing South Shore Line between Gary and Michigan City. It also includes the realignment of the line’s approach to South Bend International Airport.
