The Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce will recognize Ronald Naylor as the 2020 recipient of the Chamber’s Legacy Award in August. He has served as chaplain at Westminster Village Muncie since 2018. Prior to that, Naylor served as pastor of First Presbyterian Church for 28 years. 

The legacy award is presented annually to an individual who has made extraordinary, sustained, and positive contributions to the Muncie-Delaware County community, and who has provided leadership in the development of programs, events, and/or new traditions that promote goodwill and community pride.
