Indianapolis-based CHA Consulting Inc. has named Toni Giffin an environmental scientist supporting the firm’s transportation team with environmental planning services. She earned her master’s degree in museum studies from IUPUI.

Also, Andrew Lieske (pictured) has been appointed assistant project engineer supporting the firm’s aviation team with site design services. He received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Purdue University.
