Opportunity Enterprises chief executive officer David Stupay is stepping down after about a year in office. Ellen DeMartinis will lead the Valparaiso nonprofit on an interim basis. August 19, 2014

VALPARAISO, Ind. — Opportunity Enterprises’ Board of Directors announces the appointment of Ellen DeMartinis to the position of Interim CEO for the agency, effective Friday, August 15 upon the resignation of David Stupay. DeMartinis has been with OE for 20 years, and has served the agency in several capacities, including Director of Human Resources, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President.

“We greatly value the accomplishments David made during his time at OE,” says OE Board of Directors Chairperson Kevin Steele, “He led OE through a robust strategic planning process and leaves the agency with ambitious goals that will serve our program participants and invest in our staff. The Board and staff at OE wish David all the best.”
