Centric Selects New Director

An Indianapolis-based innovation think tank has named a new leader. Centric says Jason Williams, who previously served as the organization’s marketing and communications director, is the group’s new executive director.
Williams has spent more than 15 years in corporate marketing leadership, communications and executive planning. He is also the founder of SPYCOMPS, a business intelligence firm. He is a graduate of Butler University.
In a release from Centric, Williams said, "I look forward to continuing to serve and partner with Indiana’s thought leaders and change makers in this new capacity. I firmly believe that Indiana is a hub of innovation. Centric plays a key role in connecting, educating and celebrating this like-minded community of individuals and organizations."
Centric hosts monthly innovation events as well as the annual Indiana Innovation Awards and Day of Innovation Conference. The organization says it aims to "create and build a thriving, local innovation community."
