Carmel, Ind. – Indianapolis-based insurance agency Consolidated Insurance Services Inc. has joined with Shepherd Insurance, and will now be operating as Consolidated Shepherd Insurance.
In addition to enhancing service to current Consolidated clients, the merger further expands the capabilities of Shepherd Insurance, one of the leading commercial, benefits and personal lines agencies in Indiana.

Consolidated brings with it extensive experience in motorsport, residential property, and hospitality risks. Prior to its merger with Shepherd Insurance, Consolidated was one of the top 25 largest independent agencies in the Indianapolis-area based on premiums written.

With this merger, Shepherd Insurance now employs a staff of over 160 insurance specialists working from 8 locations throughout Indiana.
