Centier Bank has hired Yolanda Davis as vice president and community reinvestment act officer. She most recently served as community reinvestment act officer at Horizon Bank. Davis is board president for the Urban League of Northwest Indiana and treasurer for Citizen’s Concerned for the Homeless.
