Merrillville-based Centier Bank has appointed Sheila Sieradzki vice president of community relations and business development for Elkhart and St. Joseph counties. She will work closely with Michiana communities to expand the bank’s community outreach initiatives in philanthropy, community service, and financial wellness, as well as through business development efforts to promote the bank’s retail, commercial, mortgage and investment and wealth services. Sieradzki will also lead the bank-wide workplace banking initiative, “Centier to You,” which offers financial wellness programs to employers in the community. As an active member of the community, she will continue to serve on the board of directors for Junior Achievement and Lemonade Day serving Elkhart County, ADEC, as well as the Elkhart Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Council, and the Gateway Mile Loan Fund’s loan committee. Prior to her new position, Sieradzki, who has a BS in financial planning from Purdue University, was a commercial lender and has worked in financial services since 1987.
