The assets of Indianapolis trucking company Celadon will be split among four different online auctions. The company declared bankruptcy in December 2019 and Key Auctioneers is conducting the auctions of the company’s corporate headquarters and driver welcome center.
The first auction closes March 9 and includes driver dorms, training rooms and equipment, grounds maintenance equipment and truck parts. The second set of items includes exercise equipment, medical equipment from the company’s former clinic, tv’s and picnic tables and closes March 10.
The third auction closes March 16 and includes office equipment, computers, phones, headsets, printers and tv’s. The final auction closes March 17 and includes office furnishings, including conference tables made from truck trailer decks, Knoll desks and office chairs.
The first two auctions are open and online bidding is underway. An onsite preview of all four auctions will be held Friday, March 6 at Celadon headquarters on East 33rd Street from 10 am to 1 pm. Anyone interested in the final two auctions must pre-register. A complete list of available items, including pictures, can be found here.
