Carmel-based CE Solutions has promoted John “JD” Taylor to vice president and principal. He has more than 20 years of experience in structural engineering and project management and has worked at the firm since 2003. Taylor will continue serving in leadership roles on projects while increasing his involvement in the business of the firm. Founded in 1998, CE Solutions provides structural engineering services for public and private clients on a variety of building types.
