Catchings, Kellogg to Receive Pathfinder Award

Subscribe NowThe Indiana Sports Corp. has announced Indiana Fever star Tamika Catchings and CBS Sports broadcaster Clark Kellogg as recipients of the 2016 Pathfinder Award. The annual award is given to those who have "demonstrated a commitment to improving the lives of America’s youth."
Catchings and Kellogg will receive the award November 4 at the Indiana Roof Ballroom in downtown Indianapolis.
"We are grateful to honor Tamika and Clark for their commitment to serving others and creating impact in the community," said Ryan Vaughn, president of Indiana Sports Corp. "Their dedication and work on behalf of numerous organizations, particularly those that benefit youth, make them the perfect choice to join our distinguished list of Pathfinder Award recipients."
Both recipients are heavily involved in youth charities. Catchings, who received the ESPN Humanitarian Award in 2015, is the founder of the Catch the Stars Foundation, which provides goal-setting programs that promote literacy, fitness and mentoring. Kellogg is involved in several charities, including the United Way, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Past recipients of the Pathfinder Award include former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Peyton Manning, Dick Vitale, Tony Dungy, Larry Bird and former Governor Mitch Daniels.
