Cass County Farmland Up For Auction

Over 600 acres of farmland in Cass County is going up for auction next week. The land, which is located in Deer Creek, Jackson and Tipton townships, will be divided into 10 tracts for auction.

The 622 acres of land is a part of Munson Farms Inc. Wabash-based Halderman Real Estate Services is handling the auction, which will take place March 30.

"It is a high quality, mostly tillable farm that has been owed by the same farm family since 1849," states Larry Jordan, Halderman representative. "It is rare that a farm of this size and quality comes on the market in this area."
