Governor Eric Holcomb and Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard will Tuesday make an economic development announcement. Few details are available, however the Indiana Economic Development Corp. says the announcement will include a groundbreaking in the Hamilton County city.

The announcement is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. near 116th and Meridian Streets. Inside INdiana Business will have more details in Tuesday afternoon’s INside Edge e-newsletter.

The announcement will come one day after Greenleaf Foods SPC detailed plans for a $310 million facility in Shelbyville.
