Carmel-based printing services business UN Communications Group Inc. has been acquired by Troy, Michigan-based marketing communications firm Phoenix Innovate, the companies announced Wednesday.
Terms of the deal, which closed Tuesday, were not disclosed.
UN Communications Group, founded in 1975, operates an office-production-showroom facility of more than 30,000 square feet at 1429 Chase Court, just south of West Carmel Drive. The company will keep its name and retain its leadership team and staff of 40 employees, according to Phoenix Innovate.
UN Communications provides commercial, digital and wide-format print services and mailing services. It products include brochures, catalogs, annual reports, banners, vehicle wraps and signage.

Phoenix Innovate, founded in 1987, has 150 employees. The company offers strategic marketing, application development and data analytics for clients in the health care, not-for-profit, education and manufacturing industries.
