Money Magazine has again ranked Carmel on its “Best Places to Live” list. The magazine ranks the Hamilton County city number three this year, two years after placing it at the very top of its list.

Money describes the Carmel as a city with abundant jobs, a population that has doubled since 2000 and a place where everything is within walking distance.
