Carmel Assessment Company Makes Acquisition

Performance Assessment Network in Carmel has acquired an Illinois-based assessment platform. The Indiana company says the deal will give it access to Institute for Personality and Ability Testing Inc.’s 16PF platform, which gauges student and professional work styles.
Performance Assessment Network Chief Executive Officer Jim Holm says the 16PM Questionnaire is a "perfect entry point" to assessing student and worker strengths. He says the combination will help companies assess Millennials and Generation Xers, who are increasingly being asked to take on leadership roles.
PAN’s clients include Marathon Oil, Chemtura and the U.S. Department of Justice. The company says more than 16,000 active testing administrators and HR managers are using its platform.
