Bloomington-based CarDon & Associates’ board of directors has elected Kent Rodgers president and chief executive officer. He most recently served as interim president and chief financial officer and started with the company in 2006 as chief financial officer. Rodgers will take leadership after the retirement of Stephen Moore, who became president/CEO in 2000.
